New Registration Temporarily Offline

It was brought to my attention (h/t AustinContrarian) that a formal posting policy should be posted. He didn't want to leave any comments as he thought I would moderate them out. This is because I had previously banned a single user for non-productive and condescending posts as well as moderating out my comments on his blog. But, as AC appropriately points out, if I was going to ban one user, what guarantee would there be that his comments wouldn't be moderated out if there is no posted policy (I could say the same for his blog also, but oh, well...). So with that backdrop in place, I'm putting together a sitewide posting policy that will cover blogs, news items, comments and acceptable use. That's just a smart thing to do.
